The Australian Unity A-REIT Fund (Fund) primarily invests in a portfolio of select Australian real estate investment trusts.
Fund Objective and Strategy
The Australian Unity A-REIT Fund primarily invests between 65-100% of assets in A-REITs, with the balance held in cash or similar investments and up to 25% of the Funds’ assets held in stocks outside the Index. Stocks may include but not limited to listed property companies (e.g. property developers and property fund managers), derivatives, listed securities such as real asset based infrastructure, aged care, retirement living and hotels. From time to time it may also include international property securities up to 10% of the Fund’s assets.
The Fund pays distributions semi-annually.

The Fund offers daily liquidity.
The Fund charges an ongoing management fee of 0.98% of the Net Asset Value of the Fund.
There is a 0.25% spread between the buy unit price and the sell unit price.
