The Australian Unity Diversified Property Fund (Fund) is an unlisted property fund that owns properties across Australia, diversified across retail, office and industrial sectors.
The Fund’s tenant base is diverse and includes many of Australia’s most successful companies and brands.
Objective of the Fund
The Australian Unity Diversified Property Fund aims to provide investors with;
- a total return (income and capital growth) above the MSCI/Mercer Australia Core Wholesale Monthly Property Fund Index; and
- a stable income stream that is at least 1% per annum above the average Commonwealth Government 10-year bond yield calculated on a rolling basis over the previous 5-year period (Fund Cash Yield Benchmark).
As at September 30 2020 the Fund owned a portfolio of assets valued at approximately $521.71 million (gross assets) with an occupancy of 92% (leased by income) and a WALE of 7.8 years (by income).
The Fund pays distributions quarterly.
Term & Liquidity
There is no minimum or maximum term of investment.
The minimum investment balance required to keep the account open is $5,000.
Withdrawals are processed monthly and limited to the Fund’s liquidity policy and terms detailed in the PDS.
