The Australian Unity Property Income Fund (Fund) is a professionally managed portfolio of properties that is designed to provide you with a steady income stream via quarterly income payments.
This Fund is a diversified property income Fund that invests across a range of commercial property assets, including direct property, unlisted property trusts, and A-REITs and is suited for pre-retirees and conservative investors.
Objective of the Fund
The objective of the Australian Unity Property Income Fund is to focus on delivering sustainable, consistent income and is a complementary income stream to dividend payments from Australian shares.
The Fund asset allocation ranges are:
- Directly owned properties and unlisted property funds: typically 40 – 70%.
- Listed A-REITs: typically 20% – 50%.
- Cash and similar investments: typically up to 20%.
The Fund pays distributions quarterly.
Term & Liquidity
There is no minimum or maximum term of investment.
The minimum investment balance required to keep the account open is $5,000.
Withdrawals are processed monthly and limited to the Fund’s liquidity policy and terms detailed in the PDS.
