The Cromwell Phoenix Property Securities Fund (Fund) is a traditional property securities fund which commenced operation in 2008.
Fund Objective and Strategy
The Fund aims to provide investors with a total return (after fees) in excess of the S&P/ASX 300 A-REIT Accumulation Index over rolling three year periods, while delivering lower total risk (as measured by the volatility of returns) over this period.
The Fund provides investors with exposure to a broad range of Australian Securities Exchange listed property stocks which hold underlying investments including office, retail, industrial and hotel assets.
The Fund may also invest in property related securities such as interests in infrastructure funds and property development companies. In addition, the Fund may also invest in a selected range of other assets such as international listed property securities, cash and fixed interest.
The Fund is ‘benchmark unaware’ thus providing greater opportunity for diversification and value enhancement opportunities.
The Fund pays distributions quarterly.

The Fund charges an ongoing management fee of 0.82% of the net asset value of the Fund.
There is a 0.25% spread between the buy unit price and the sell unit price.
