The Newmark Hardware Trust (Fund) is an unlisted, open-ended property trust that has performed consistently since inception in June 2014. The Fund’s assets have a long WALE and a focus on Bunnings as the major occupier of four properties in strategic locations in four states.
Objective of the Fund
The Newmark Hardware Trust has the objective to deliver consistent income distributions paid quarterly along with tax deferred benefits and long-term capital growth to unitholders.
The Fund invests primarily in a portfolio of national retailers such as Bunnings Warehouse, Officeworks, Kmart, Petstock and JB Hi-Fi. Newmark aims to selectively grow the Trust’s existing portfolio with other suitable investment properties and asset classes as part of our ongoing commitment to deliver ongoing value to investors.
The Fund makes distributions quarterly. As at February 2021 the Fund has $587,000 available for withdrawal.
Term & Liquidity
There is no minimum or maximum term of investment.
The minimum investment is $10,000.
Withdrawals are processed monthly and limited to the Fund’s liquidity policy and terms detailed in the PDS.
