The Westlawn Property Trust (Fund) has a diverse portfolio of 27 properties across a mix of asset classes. The Fund is one of the leading and most trusted unlisted property funds in Australia today. For the past 25 years the Fund has delivered reliable, monthly income to its investors.
Objective of the Fund
The Westlawn Property Trust aims to provide monthly, tax effective income and the potential for long term capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio of convenience retail, bulky goods retail, development, commercial office and industrial properties located predominantly in the key growth areas of Northern NSW and South East Qld.
There are currently 27 properties within the Fund and the value of these properties are in excess of $420 million. All properties are located within South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales and the properties have a WALE of 5.1 years.
The Fund makes distributions quarterly.
Term & Liquidity
There is no minimum or maximum term of investment.
